Libres Outdoors is an outdoor clothing and accessories brand rooted in faith, Tejano heritage, and a deep respect for the earth. We make gear for outdoorsy Texans, hunters, anglers, campers, hikers who want to feel represented in their gear, not erased by it. Versatile, multi-use pieces built for the field and the everyday. Nothing loud. Nothing wasteful. Everything made with intention.The name says it: Libres. Free.

We believe the land belongs to God, and we're borrowing it. That conviction shapes every decision we make, from the materials we source, to the packaging we ship in, to the care we put into production. Stewardship isn't a marketing angle for us. It's a way of seeing.

Tejano culture is not an aesthetic we're sampling. It's where we come from and it shapes not just what we make, but how we think about making it. Our designs draw from the stories, symbols, and language that we grew up with. That heritage also shapes our standards. Nothing wasteful, nothing cheap, nothing that doesn't earn its place.

Years of hunting, fishing, and hands-on time in the field taught us what holds up and what doesn't. We know what "built for the outdoors" actually means and we know when it's just something printed on a tag. Our gear is made to go where you go, last as long as you need it to, and leave nothing behind when it's done.
The Problem We
Couldn’t Ignore.
We spent years buying gear from brands that:
Borrowed from our culture without truly understanding it
Charged premium prices for materials that didn't hold up past a season
Called themselves "sustainable" while leaving synthetic waste behind
Made the outdoors feel like it belonged to someone else
We tried to find something we were proud to wear, something built to actually perform, something that felt like us, and we kept coming up empty. So we stopped looking and started building.
